Our dedicated counsellor, Tara, draws on both her lived experiences and professional training to empower clients and support them in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, and integrating a holistic perspective throughout her work, she is able to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and guided toward meaningful change. Tara works collaboratively, helping individuals build practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
